2. Hosting and server log files
Technically necessary server log files may be processed when the site is accessed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Contact form
The data entered in the form is processed in order to handle the enquiry, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Mandatory details are name, email address, area of enquiry and message, plus confirmation of this notice. Company and phone number are voluntary and only make replying easier. There is neither a legal nor a contractual obligation to provide data; without the mandatory details, however, the enquiry cannot be submitted and handled through this form. Contact by email or phone remains unaffected.
4. Cookies
No analytics or marketing cookies are used.
5. Rights of data subjects
There are in particular rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection.
6. Right to lodge a complaint
Independently of this, there is a right to lodge a complaint about the processing with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority is in particular the one at the place of habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
7. Stream-Zentrale (use of YouTube API Services)
Stream-Zentrale is a program by Lets Survival Studio that runs only locally on the user's computer. It uses YouTube API Services. By signing in with YouTube through Stream-Zentrale you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; the Google Privacy Policy applies.
Data accessed: after you sign in, Stream-Zentrale retrieves for your own channel: channel name, current live broadcast, concurrent viewers and live chat messages (display name, channel ID and role of the author, message text, Super Chats and memberships). On your request it posts messages to your own live chat.
Purpose: viewer count display, a combined chat view with Twitch, chat commands and on-screen alerts in your stream.
Storage: chat messages and broadcast data are kept only in your computer's memory (at most the last 300 messages) and discarded when the program quits. Lets Survival Studio receives none of this data; it is neither stored on a server nor shared with third parties. Stream-Zentrale only transfers data between your computer and Google/YouTube (and Twitch, if connected). The refresh token is stored encrypted in the macOS Keychain on your computer.
Revocation and deletion: "Abmelden" (sign out) in the Stream-Zentrale setup revokes access at Google and deletes the token from your computer. You can also revoke access at any time in your Google Account.
